I was born and raised in the English countryside near Oxford, and completed my bachelors degree in Business Economics with Spanish at the University of Portsmouth in 2002. After working in banking and finance for several years I took some time to travel and spent a year exploring South-East Asia and South America.
Upon returning to the UK I worked in London for 6 years before deciding that it was time to undertake a new challenge in living abroad. Subsequently I spent five years in Taiwan where I was teaching the English language to Taiwanese children and adult students.
Upon moving to Prague in 2017 I joined the Park Lane’s Learning Support Department, and since then my role has diversified greatly. My main responsibilities are as the school’s Exams Officer, and as the Deputy for the Learning Support. I also undertake the role of Health and Safety Officer for the Klárov campus, and I support the Head of Operations with data management and other administrative duties.
I have a great passion for exploring new countries and places. I also enjoy hiking, running, badminton and spending time with my family and friends.
