Nicola Wardlaw

Deputy Head of Primary and EYFS

The key to happiness is finding the meaning of life, and I found mine in teaching. I come from Scotland, where I studied and obtained a postgraduate teaching qualification, and I have taught at various schools around my hometown. I wanted to further develop my skills and experience in an international environment, and in 2009, I joined Park Lane.

I am proud to be part of the Park Lane team, which is truly a unique school environment to work in, thanks to its sense of community, inspiring curriculum, and engaged, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn children.

I believe that every child has the right to learn in a way that best suits their learning style. It is my duty to help the child discover this style and create a positive learning environment that allows them to succeed.

Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, going to the theatre, reading, and watching movies.
