I was born in Prague, where I now live with my wife and two sons. During my studies, I started working part-time for The Nessie English Preschool as a bus driver, gardener, maintenance man, and other roles that were required to help operate a small preschool. It was 2006,
and Park Lane was just a fledgling vision. It has been quite unbelievable for me to see this amazing vision become reality and to be a part of it.
After completing my Masters degree at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University, I had planned to pursue work within this specialization, but reality turned out differently. I enjoyed seeing the demands of my job increase and develop at Park Lane so I decided to stay on. Over the years, our bus and mini bus fleet has grown and we have even added large buses. Many of you would have seen our school buses which regularly tour between our Park Lane campuses and the city centre.
Today, I enjoy watching the school continue to grow and develop. It is very encouraging to work under fair leadership and with a great team. I work with the knowledge that we’ve managed to create something unique and unrivalled when compared to other schools, but we still have to keep moving forward.
From a parents perspective, I am very happy that my children were able to be a part of the Park Lane EYFS programme and got to experience the international school environment. After school duties, both of my sons play ice hockey, Lacrosse and participate in other sport activities. My biggest hobby is to support them, lead them, and be there for them as much as possible.
