Every year our secondary students experience the adventurous “Learning without borders” week.
The aim of LWBW is to bring students from all year groups together to create a stronger school community. Sharing common experiences, learning from one another and building strong relationships is one way of achieving this aim. We are very pleased to offer to our students this wide variety of choices for the last week of term from Monday 26th to Thursday 29th June. We believe these experiences enhance our students’ school life and give them the knowledge, skills and confidence to be successful.
The previous years our students enjoyed many natural wonders such or Gullfoss Waterfall and the Secret Lagoon, but also cultural highlights such as the Pergamon Museum or the Louvre and Montmartre. Some of the students staying in the Czech Republic were very physically active, trying their hands at a variety of sports such as archery, trampolining, horse riding and sailing. On the other hand, some students designed games, developed their culinary skills or learned to create a product from scratch and pitch it to a panel of experts.
We wish our students to enjoy this wonderful experience again and have fun in Iceland, Paris, Granada, Berlin, Vienna but also visiting Šumava or Dvůr Králové Safari, practicing gardening, cooking, hiking, city walks, historical tours and many more !
